WASHINGTON STATE PATRIOT GUARD RIDERS
LETTERS OF APPRECIATIONS
PAGE 6
I am at a loss for words My husband left Spokane, WA last night for Ft. McCoy,
WI and he told me that y’all escorted the buses to Fairchild AFB.  I wish I could tell you more than thank you, because it doesn’t seem enough.Thank you for being there all day, for escorting them in a hero’s way,but most importantly for remembering them and sacrificing your time to remind them of their importance. I am so honored (and so was my husband) that the Patriot Guard did that for my husband and his unit. I couldn’t be there to send him off, but you could and I thank you.You do not allow our soldiers to be forgotten.  Even if others do, you don’t. May God richly bless each of you for all that you do and stand for.
With deep respect and admiration,
Suzanne Isaac
Just wanted to pass along a big thank you for your group’s participation in the send off of Washington National Guard troops from Wenatchee at the dates noted. As a former Vietnam era vet myself who returned to hacklers at the la airport more then 30 yrs ago, it was a heart warming sight to hear and see all the bikers rolling at the picnic at the park on Sunday and again escorting the bus out from the armory as the troops left town.  My oldest son was the platoon sergeant and had indicated that they had heard that they might have to deal with protestors, I didn't see or hear of any while our family was there,  I have a feeling your groups huge turnout on Sunday had something to do with that.    I am quite sure that the group doesn't do what they do and donate their time and hours on their bikes for a thank you but it takes a special person to ride in and hang  in the over 100 degree temperatures we all faced and this father and follow vet is very thankful and grateful for what you did.
